Beautiful European women were killed by inquisition but Russia was not Catholic. Is this the reason for a drastic difference explaining why Russian women are the prettiest?

Inquisition in Italy was mostly carried by Spain and by the Vatican to find out “enemies of the people” (people questioning the authority), not against beautiful women. Also, many victims were men, scientists, thinkers, philosphers or members of septs like the Catars or Protestants.

Well, what is Russia then? Sadomasochistic section? Now seriously during Stalin times people would report other people for free, what makes them think that women would not report other women who were prettier? 😅

This is a communist piece of propaganda. My husband also thinks that catholic countries have less beautiful women because the prettiest ones have been burnt by catholics in middle Age. Ironically he ended up marrying me who am from 200 km the Vatican. He asked me also about the missionary position and probably in Russia they think that Italy is porn hub section “perverted nuns”.

I’m wondering about attachment and transference with the therapist and the idea of escape and fantasy? How much do you think your strong feelings, constant thoughts, desires to be with your therapist are a way to escape from your present life? I wonder if the transference serves another purpose than to show us our wounds and/or past experiences, but is a present coping strategy for managing what we don’t want to face (even if unconsciously) in the present—-current relationships, life circumstances, etc. Can anyone relate to this concept of escape in relation to their therapy relationship? How does this play out for you?
